Personal fitness training and group programs with bodyweight fitness in Hua Hin

Fitness is often one of those things that most people put off for a number of reasons. The easy option is to join a local gym and turn up once a month so you can tell yourself you're making an effort!

Using a number of simple techniques on a regular basis can make the world of difference to those that actually want to attain some level of fitness above their current state.

Here at WT Thailand we can show you how to get fitter and tone up those unused muscles by using stretching techniques and bodyweight movements. The term "bodyweight" means that we do not use equipment or need to "pump iron", we are simply working on exercising our muscles using our bodies such as push ups, sit ups, pull ups and various other exercises.

Our fitness sessions are ideal for men and women of all ages and physical conditions, you don't need to be young or fit to enjoy a little body tune up now and then. Our experienced fitness instructor will work with you personally at the level you are comfortable with. You will be able to monitor your progress over time and be amazed at how quickly your personal fitness goals can be achieved.

Come along at try it out, the first session is free and with no obligation. Our current group fitness classes take place on Monday and Thursday at 0830 and have men and women from 25 to over 60 attending. Go on, make the effort, your body deserves it!
